Orders are generally not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.

• Other Locations Across India: 3–7 business days.

Same-Day Delivery (Delhi NCR)

Toughees Telecom offers same-day delivery on selected products within Delhi NCR.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

Our team will confirm delivery availability and estimated delivery time before processing the order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to the following reasons:

• Refusal to accept delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a package is received in visibly damaged condition, customers should notify Toughees Telecom within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs and a complete unboxing video.
